And unfortunately the reindeer can’t handle the heat, so Santa may paddle or drop on in on a surfboard or helicopter. Get ready for a grandiose entrance and meet Santa on the shoreline. PS–he may want some water, those suits get extra-hot.

Every year Santa visits this remote island, in its fourth season, with a special surprise. Each entrance is different from the last, and creates remarkable memories including sailing a pirate ship or skydiving from a helicopter. Once grounded, he distributes local gifts to the children.

If you want to see Santa canoeing, make way to Waikiki Beach. Guests and traditional hula dancers greet Santa on the shoreline who then hosts an extensive party for the children. Santa sticks around all day to meet and greet the teens in the evening hours.

Whether pyramid searching or Red Sea diving this winter, watch Santa embrace culture with his grand camel entrance. He comes to celebrate with the children at the resort’s party and distributes gifts while the children ride camels and get their face painted. Each child is also gifted with a stocking filled with cookies.
Caneel Bay | St. John
On Christmas Eve, while the children wait for Santa’s arrival on the ferry, while parents sip on egg nog and mulled wine. Children are gifted with toys or stuffed animals, while parents get a special surprise in waiting in their room.
Half Moon Resort | Jamaica
Every Christmas Day, say hello to Santa as he arrives on golf cart with a backpack filled with goodies. Santa treats all the good children with books, toys, candy and a special photograph with each child. The resort also holds a sand-building contest and tree-lighting ceremony.
Ritz-Carlton | Laguna Nigel, California
Say “What’s up, bro?” as Surfer-Santa arrives in his red woody car, strapped with his long board. Carrying a large bag of candy canes, Santa hands out treats and partakes in the tree-lighting ceremony. He then reads to the children during a holiday story hour and takes on other local Santa’s in the “Santa Surfing Competition.”
Hayman | Great Barrier Reef, Australia
Santa makes a guest and grand appearance as this land-down-under resort. Santa is “dropped” from a helicopter and treats the children with gifts. Later in the evening guests are treated to a traditional Christmas dinner featuring plum pudding and chocolate fountains.
