Very good

Haven't used the bag yet (purchsed for a trip) but so far I like it. I love the style, especially when it's converted into a purse. Love all the security features (which is the main reason I chose this bag) and the bag looks well made. But, there are a few point I think could be improved. I think there could be more pockets, like card slots in the front pocket, or somewhere to old a pen. A keyleash would also be a good feature. I also realized that one thing I use a lot with my other bags is the handle at the top, which I use to hang the bag when I go to the washroom for example. This bag doesn't have that. I guess the back straps will work, but now that I think about it, I would have liked this feature. I'm also curious to see if the backstraps will end up annoying me, like I've read in many reviews. It was a bit of a concern, but I really wanted a convertible bag to avoid the same experience I had a few years ago when I was almost denied entrance in a few places we wanted to visit because of my backpack (even if it was a little purse backpack). The bag is a little bigger than I expected, so I think it'll be big enough to carry everything I need even when I convert it to purse. I also really like the tan colour.

Love this pack - although it was a nightmare working with PacSafe!

This is my second Pacsafe CX Anti-Theft Convertible Backpack and I love it! I have traveled all over with this pack and I love that I can convert it from a pack into a purse very easily. The pack is large enough to hold my water bottle and a small umbrella (should I need it) as well as a scarf - this came in handy while traveling in Europe in the springtime. I received a 20% off coupon from PacSafe and was not able to use it. It took SEVERAL days of calling to finally get a person on the phone. They were not able to get the code to work, so they recommended that I purchase the pack and they would refund me the 20%. It has been almost 5 weeks and I still have not received the refund, nor have I received a response from the customer service team. If you are going to purchase this pack I recommend going through a third party that is easy to deal with. I don't think I'll be going directly through PacSafe in the future.

12 Days of Silence After a Promised Resolution (Ticket #288xxx37)

I am writing this to warn customers of the total failure in coordination between Pacsafe’s regional offices. On December 12, after my tickets were "accidentally closed" by their system, Pacsafe APAC promised me that the European Customer Service Team would provide a detailed update "today" regarding my returned parcel.

It is now December 24, and I have heard absolutely nothing.

Timeline of Negligence:

Nov 21: Pacsafe confirmed my replacement parcel (UPS #1Z5A1R506850xxxx57) was returned to their warehouse. I provided my corrected address immediately.

Dec 2: I received a customer satisfaction survey for an unresolved issue, proving their internal systems are broken.

Dec 12: APAC team apologised and promised a 24-hour response from the Europe team.

Dec 24: 12 days have passed since that promise. No update, no bag, and no refund.

Holding a customer’s property for over a month (since the bag returned to your warehouse) without communication is predatory business behavior.
