very good - i would like be with normal key lock, not combination lock
I wish the numbers dials had white numbers on a black background, as the black numbers on silver background are very hard to read, especially in darker situations.
This is perfect for securely covering the tailpack on my motorcycle, with room to leave my jacket on there when I park up. Also, I had a problem working out how to set the combination on the padlock. I emailed to ask for advice - Laura replied very promptly and went over and above my expectations to solve the issue
I traveled for 15 years as a digital nomad, and always felt safe leaving my belongings in every Third World country accommodations I stayed in, knowing that I had the pack safe securing my stuff. My only “negative” about this product is that it has doubled in price since I last purchased it but that’s to be expected since it was 15 years ago. Unfortunately I was too lazy to secure my pack one night when my accommodations were broken into and my bag was stolen… And my Pack-safe was inside my bag. Losing my passport was horrible, the cash inside, my 10 year travel journal, my credit cards, and ultimately my PACK-Safe… Which led to around $4000 in recuperation expenses. Even with the security, you could still lose your belongings, but it is a hell of a deterrent for potential thieves. I highly recommend this product for not only security, but for peace of mind while traveling.
