The following Returns Policy is only applicable to products purchased from this website.

Our terms relating to each type of return are shown below.
Returning an unwanted product for a refund - Within 15 days of receipt, any product in new, unused, saleable condition may be returned for a refund. Damaged, dirty or used merchandise CANNOT be returned for a refund and will be returned to the customer at the customer's option and expense. We do not refund any shipping charges. Refunds are processed within 10 days of receipt. Credit will be issued against your original method of payment. All returns for an unwanted product that requires a refund will need an authorization form to be filled out, which you can get be clicking here
Returning a product for exchange – Same terms and conditions as for refunds (see above), except that we will issue you with 100% store credit less the original shipping charges. Exchange credit will not be issued until we have received the returned merchandise in good condition. Damaged, dirty or used merchandise CANNOT be returned for exchange and will be returned to the customer at the customer's option and expense.
Defective Products - When you send a product back for a warranty replacement please ensure you include the following information 1) the mailing address you would like new product sent to 2) reason for replacement 3) your name, phone number and address and 4) your proof of purchase. Shipping Errors - Claims for lost packages will be processed ONLY when package tracking indicates that the package was NOT delivered correctly. Please notify customer service so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note: If your organization or office refuse delivery of any package and the package is returned to us, we will automatically treat this as a refund (see Returning an unwanted product for a refund above). If you would like us to redeliver, you will need to place a new order.
Incorrect items – if your order was somehow incorrect please click here to notify customer service and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
