Pacsafe Returns Are Free Within 30 Days

How to return your Pacsafe.com order

We accept returns of items purchased through Pacsafe.com. For all other returns, please refer to the store where you made the original purchase. Please return your items within 30 days of purchase; we only accept returns of unused and undamaged items. 

The easiest way to return an item is if you have a Pacsafe Account. Create an account and log in before purchasing for a faster, easier returns process. 

If You Have An Account:

  • Log in to your account. Your order will show up in your account under "Order History".

  • On your Order History page, click "Order Details". You'll see your order with items listed. Click "Return" on the item/s you wish to return and fill out as needed. 

  • In your email, you'll receive a return packing slip. Print and include this in your shipment back.

  • Within 24-48 hours, you'll receive a return shipping label from a Pacsafe representative.

  • Pack your items in the original bag or box, if possible. Remove or mark out all previous labels.

  • Attach the return shipping label to the outside, and ship!

    • For domestic returns, drop off or schedule a pickup with UPS.

    • For international returns, drop off or schedule a pickup with DHL.

Upon confirmation of delivery we’ll refund the amount on the original form of payment. We’ll send an email with confirmation, please allow some time for processing.

If You Don't Have An Account:

  • If you don't have an account, or didn't have one when you made your purchase, please fill out our contact form and choose “Returns” in the subject line: Pacsafe Contact Form

  • We’ll send you a Return Packing Slip, along with your shipping label. Print both and include the Return Packing Slip in your package.

  • Pack your items in the original bag or box, if possible. Remove or mark out all previous labels.

  • Attach the return shipping label to the outside, and ship!

    • For domestic returns, drop off or schedule a pickup with UPS.

    • For international returns, drop off or schedule a pickup with DHL.

Upon confirmation of delivery we’ll refund the amount on the original form of payment. We’ll send an email with confirmation, please allow some time for processing.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange for a different item, please follow the above instructions for a return, and place a separate new order for the item you’d prefer.

Gift Returns

Gift purchases can also be returned by mail and the refund will be credited to the original form of payment.

Warranty Information

We offer a limited 5 year warranty on backpacks and bags, and a 2 year warranty on other items and accessories. If you have a manufacturing issue not related to standard wear and tear, you may qualify to receive a replacement through our Warranty program.
